Records Request

To request records from the Carter County Sheriff’s Office, persons interested may call the main line at (580) 223-6014 during normal business hours, Monday - Friday to request a form. The records request form can be emailed or faxed.

Records and not faxed or emailed and MUST be picked up in person at the following address.

Records fee is $5.00 per report.

Crime victims are entitled to one free copy of their incident report. Additional report copies are subject to established fees. The victim must appear in person and provide an acceptable form of identity verification.

Disclaimer: Certain reports can be emailed and some reports can only be released by order of a subpoena.

The first copy of reports are free to victims.
